Hi there,
I'm just curious, if exercise can increase dietary metabolism, can exercise also affect drug metabolism?ie: exercise can get the AED out of your system faster?)
I've generally been one to be fit and exercise regularly, and have had seizures once a month or so, but because of various circumstances, I haven't been exercising much for the past 5 or so month, and I haven't had any seizures, which is very surprising. I've gone bouts without seizures this long in the past, but I haven't been keeping diary or comparing.
Im completely aware that everyone reacts to AED's differently, and I know each person has different triggers fir seizures.
My question is if exercise may influence drug metabolism.
Thank you,
