I keep feeling like my sugar have dropped.
I have read alot in the forum about how nutrition is important, and that makes sense.
I have eaten regularly about every 2 ot 3 hours, some type of health snack,
an apple, granola bar, along with fortified cereal in the AM, a healthy lunch and dinner.
As you may have read on anothe post of my , I B-12 deficiency due to dilantin. (which I'm working my way off with the neur., he hasn't added a new medic.) and at times it feels like I am the point of seizure. Have had had deja vu.
This is not only affecting my walking but also my writing and more.
Has anyone had a Schillings test?
I don't know if is necessery.
I hate to post yet another thread on this.
I'm hoping when I get off dilantin this will take of it, but is going to take time, as you all know with any of the medic.
Once you are B-12 deficient is that now going to be the case from now on?
