I'll have these sensations over my body, various areas of my body. It'll feel like someone is giving me a quick poke - not too hard, and it's not painful.
I'm sure everyone gets them at some point, but I wonder if it's abnormal or maybe a type of seizure. They seem to come over a period of time - clustered maybe over a few hours at most. But I don't lose any mental focus(that I know of) when I feel it - because I feel it happening.
 
perhaps it's a kind of muscle spasm related to E? Or to your meds?
 
it could be a caffeine related spasm thing too
it has been happening mostly over the past year or so
maybe just stress
