Since starting keppra i have become addicted to cheese very mild red leicester cheese i can eat a whole block in a day i my partner would allow me to

Any one else seem to have a food addiction since starting meds

I hope you never get talking to my wife or I am in big trouble. Cooking Chocolate.

Lamictal seems to increase my cravings for salty foods...

Maybe your craving for Red Leicester is related the calcium in the cheese, or to annatto (the ingredient used to give the cheese its red color). Annatto is rich in Vitamin E-like antioxidants...

Lets see: Pizza, Potstickers (dumplings), sushi, sashimi, lemonade, chocolate milk.....

Food addiction, I don't know. I've always enjoyed those things. Once I find something I like I will get it again.

Frazzles (bacon crisps for non UKers they're not real bacon suitable for veggies, which I am but really craving the saltiness).

Q

I go through bouts where all I want to eat is one type of food. Right now it's chicken salad sandwiches and macaroni salad with pringles. I've been eating this same thing for lunch and supper almost every day for about 2 months. My family can't understand how I can eat only the same thing that long.

I'll probably be getting sick of this soon and move on to something else that I'm only going to want to eat for a few months.

after my last big one I made a blender with mainly kale. I managed to drink quite a bit of it.
I think it's higher in Ca and fiber..
calcium is an important seizure nutrient.
DARK chocolate has a lot of beneficial stuff...
also beneficial: treating ourselves to whatever the hell we feel like for being able to cope with this crap!
I'm with the Starbucks answer also- for the drinks and the chill out. I've been on a good decaf reduction slope too btw..!
