I for one am not concerned about it. There are many seniors out on the road still driving, people without perfect 20/20 vision, people with hearing disabilities, and then there's the general distracted drivers talking on their phones and texting or who have their radios turned up too loud. There are a lot of factors that go into someones reaction time while driving other than medication and epilepsy itself. If you are legally cleared to drive then it's your privilege to do so, epilepsy isn't the only thing to be cautious about. You should always use your best judgment when driving, this isn't specific to people with E. The general decrease in reaction time from taking E medication is probably minimal compared to, say, having a car full of loud kids or tailgating someone who drives too slow.

I will be back on the road if and when the state of Florida says I can drive.
