Hi I'm new here, willing to try anything to try to get my 15yr olds epilepsy under control, he has complex partial seizures, an is currently on tegratol, topiramate and clobazam, just been reading about the GARD diet an wonder as we are in the kitchen forum, has anyone got a food list they could kindly send me to help????:bigsmile:

I haven't tried the GARD diet, but I wish you well with it. Your son's doc may be able to refer you to a registered dietician who can help with food/recipes.
