This is too much info for me to digest so I thought to share it. It lists the genes? involved in different types of E. I thought it may be helpful or at the very least new info to be disceted. Seemed very interesting to me and maybe a way to tie diet into improvements. More and More I see glutens and the possible connections for my kids..

Faults on any one or more of the genes listed on the following site can cause epilepsy:

I use the Genecard site, I also use the following site: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ . I find them both a wealth of information.

I have posted the Genecard site on a different epilepsy group that I belong to.

I have a very rare type of Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) Dependent Epilepsy.

My medication consists of B vitamins only, mainly vitamin B6.
