I'd like to hear from anyone who's gotten their driver's license back after having it suspended due to a seizure. What documentation did you have to provide to the DMV? How long did the process take?
Also, my DMV informed me my license is suspended for 6 months. Has anyone ever been able to get theirs back sooner; if so, what did you do?

Go to your state's Epilepsy Foundation site for info on your state:

After not driving for a year, I had to provide the DMV with a letter from my neuro that I was not having seizures. My neuro asked for word from family, friends that they didn't witness any seizure(s). It took several weeks.

The law varies from state to state. Some states it is 6 months, some it is a year. When I lived in TN., it was a year. I'm now in CO, and it is 6 months.
