Getting rid of the tired eyes feeling?

Hi
Just wondering if anybody has a solution to get rid of tired eyes, from what I understand to be a side effect from medication (taking them 10 year plus). I just seem to feel tired in my eyes, I can function fine, I eat right, get lots of water.

It could be worth a visit to your eye doc -- If your vision has changed and/or you spend a lot of time looking at screens, those could be contributing to eye fatigue. My med (Lamotrigine) seems to make my eyes more sensitive to sunlight, so I always have sunglasses handy. My eyes also get pretty dry, so I use non-prescription eyedrops from time to time. Drinking water helps, but you might also make sure you are getting some of the other nutrients that can help with eye health (see https://www.aao.org/eye-health/tips-prevention/fabulous-foods-your-eyes for suggestions).
