First of all, there is a difference between "medical pot" and CBD.

CBD is legal in all 50 states. Cannabis plants that are low enough in THC are also legal.
There is a product called Holden's Hope which is a cannabis paste which is remarkable effective with no "stoned" feeling other than a sort of mellow relaxation.

Charlottes's Web is now available in an extract but it is hella expensive.
