Haven't had this happen in a while...maybe nothing

Hi: I am not on any seizure medication, I don't drink alcohol, smoke anything and I dont take illegal drugs. I take aldactone and levoxyl but I had skipped it for a few days on accident. I woke up yesterday with that feeling like "better keep quiet, something is not right". Anyway, I did my usual house cleaning and managed threw the evening Christmas party that I attended but everyone kept asking me if I was sad etc. I seemed off to them. I was, I was trying to fend off a headache. I went home, fell asleep and woke with a pounding head. I could not stand light, all light had a fuzzy aura around it so I stayed in the dark and slept for 5 more hours. I got up and my vision in my right eye was blurry but my head felt better so I just went outside and pressurewashed my porch. I felt strange again, sort of New, euphoria, clean crisp, it was strange, stranger then how I felt yesterday, but a good feeling. My neck hurts a bit and my eye still hurts a bit but Im good. Anyone ever have this happen? (cant find the spell checker so sorry)

I know that sometimes when my seizures get out of control I have these euphoric episodes that feel very different than my normal seizures. With my normal seizures there is the tingling feeling around my head & sometimes extremities. With these, it's more emotional but good emotions & I'm definitely "out of it" & drawn into this sensation.

I don't know if that's what you're getting but it sounds like what happens to me occasionally (& quite recently, actually).

I know sometimes after I have a seizure I will get a horrible headache. I'll end up laying there with an ice pack on my head. I also get very tired, espically the next day, I'll end up sleeping most of it.

I don't know if this is the same thing that may have happened to you. Do you normally get a headache after a seizure?

Not on any seizure meds? Wow. That must feel so great. I think I've forgotten what it is to have a clear brain with no meds swirling around in there.

Something that a neurologist told me a long time ago is that if the headache is a constant pressure (as opposed to a throbbing) then it is probably neurologically connected.
