Hey so I get side effects every day but every now and then I get it bad... extra extra tired, dopy and drowsy and twitching in the hands like crazy!
I wa walking my on to nursery today and near fell asleep while walking...

is there anything that will help calm the side effects when this bad... maybe drinking lots of water, some sort of vitamin? I know sleep may be good one but I don't have time to sleep lol
I cant stick it I have to look after my kid all day and im near in nod land when doing things
 
Are you taking any vitamins right now? If not, a multivitamin B-complex might help. And/or a calcium/magnesium/D combo.
 
you could develop a caffiene addiction like me, but i recommend agasint it
