Welcome to CWE! I've been here many yrs. and take my word everyone here has a heart of gold
and has been very helpful and supportive. This is the best epilepsy forum I have ever been on.

Hello Gina, & welcome to CWE. I've been on this site for a long time. It's a great place to get info or just relieve stress about things. I've had seizures since childhood. Until about 25 years ago, I only had simple partial seizures--I would complain of weird feelings in my head. Then I started to have complex partials as well. Even the simple partials weren't diagnosed as seizures until after I had a couple tonic-clonic seizures in my teens. I've taken EVERY AED out there, but still get breakthroughs--now it's far less. I'm on 500mg Zonisamide & 250mg Xcopri per day.
 
Welcome Gina. You can truly enjoy many issues, opinions of others in the epilepsy world, and share just how it is you feel.

no one will ever know the stress it caused me checking here daily only to find I couldn't post.

I feel like crying now I'm actually a part of the forum (but tears of joy that I don't need to worry myself over it now)

I really apreciate the welcomes all. also, I love the name cathyanne. it really does roll off the tung

Thank you dani 1960. Apreciate it.

It is a godsend to me because before I joined this forum, I didn't really have support (my family are out, literally. They threw me out)

This forum is the right size too where we can all be like a family
