The book "Partial Seizure Disorders" talks about Tegretol having effects on how Tylenol works but it doesn't go into details. Is it safe to take both at the same time?

I would strongly advise you to consult
with your Neurologist or Epileptologist
for advisories, or even your Primary
Care Doctor.

We are not Medical Doctors here on this
forum and we cannot provide medical
advisories either.

HOWEVER - we can state this:

If you are experiencing seizures or in
dire medical attention that is urgent;
and you are unable to reach your Doctor
PLEASE CALL 911 (if available) OR HAVE
YOUR SPOUSE, FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER
TAKE YOU TO THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM
SO YOU CAN BE TREATED!

This is all that we can advise you, other
than try to page your Doctor or wait
until the office opens and call.

Your pharmacist is likely the best person to consult about drug interactions/contraindications.
