I feel like one is coming today. I just feel really weird and not very talkative. I looked in the mirror and my pupils are unresponsive. Feeling freaked out for sure.
 
Remember to breathe. Slow deep breaths, low in the abdomen, not high in the chest.
This doesn't have to be inevitable.
 
I agree on the meditative breathing mentioned by AlohaBird. Exhales should be longer than inhales. Even 5 minutes a few times a day can help. And call a friend if you think that might help you feel a little less worried.
 
Yes, and if you can call a friend who gives good massages, even just a neck/shoulders rub, that would be even better.
 
I needed up laying down for awhile and eventually fell asleep. I woke up feeling much better.
 
We all have things that help. Sounds like slow breathing is one in common. When I was having partials, I would yawn to stop them. Did it help? Who knows. Felt like it did, though. :)
