While I was moving some things into our new house I started seeing these bright colors in a spot and then my head started hurt in and now I feel dizzy to where I need to go and lay down, but I'm babysit in my best friend baby nephew? What should i do?
 
If your not feeling good, you should call them and explain you're sitation.

Hope you're feeling better today. It's not a bad idea to have some back-up numbers to call for help in case it happens again and you're in a jam.
 
I am new to this but I get migraines myself and I think it sounds like migraine with aura. My aura is zigzag colors that takes half my view. Did you notice any other symptoms beside headaches and dizziness? You should speak to your neurologist about this.
