Hello,

I don't know what kind of seizure I had, I'm just sore so I know I fell hit my ribs.

I take my medication, I have a headache and I've been sleeping like crazy.

I just feel like what's the use?

My last seizures was October 27th I know of.I don't always remember my sz's and have several different types.

The first time (that I know of) that I had a T/C seizure, it lasted 15 seconds and when I woke up, I was drowsy and confused. Fell right back to sleep and slept basically all day. Watched TV instead of doing anything. My muscles were sore as hell. They had never been so sore. I had a headache from my shoulder muscles being sore and I pretty much never get headaches. I only remember waking up about 15 min after with a cop poking me in the side and talking really loud. Not cool.

Its tough for sure. You'll be MUCH better tomorrow.

You say in your profile that you are a very determined person and don't let things get you down. Go read what you wrote, and write down WHY you wrote it.
Then you may question why you wrote today "What's the use?" Dangerous thought that can lead you quickly down the wrong road.
Hang in there, and good luck.

That profile was written in 2007 and its been 50 yrs I've had seizures and never had more 41/2 months control.I'm tired of seizing .I'm refractory and med resistant.

Belinda5000, I certainly feel for you... when June this year hit me like a slap on the side of my head, I too thought often, "What's the use?" But, I must say that be it a plus or a minus as to how I feel, it is always good to read and listen to what others have to say. Always look forward and connect with those who are closest to you and your life... they may well be the best to connect with on a somewhat more personal level... that or just chat with them. Afterwords, I give it a thought and I due the best I can to find a good step forward. Fingers crossed here in hopes that you quickly do find a great step forward. If nothing else grab a good cup of coffee -- (assuming you do drink coffee).
