IMO, it doesn't really matter where the doctor was trained, but how the doctor trains his/her patients. Is the dr. impatient or rude? Some doctors that come from Johns Hopkins or Harvard have attitudes. Just sayin...............
Oh yeah, there can be inflated egos and attitudes regardless of where they got their degree. That said, to me it is important that he was trained at Johns Hopkins, one of the premier centers for the ketogenic treatment of seizures. This means that he probably has more classroom and training hours devoted to non-pharmacological treatment options. He's not what I call a "pill pusher".
He is an absolute gem and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I've had several that were a lot less than gems.
