I had a partial seizure at work, and I've been twitching here and there all day.

Almost all of my TCs have been upon waking, so I'm really not excited about falling asleep. Or waking up.

I don't have time for another.

Sorry to hear about the seizure, hope you managed to get some sleep & feel better in the morning

All in all, better to try and get some sleep, since fatigue is the #1 seizure trigger. Hope you start the day seizure-free and stay that way!

try sleep ,body can jerk spasm when over tired and may not be e related but maywell if you trying not to sleep I know feeling being scared to sleep I think most of us do but something you have try get over.
Try the usual alpine lavender oil or rose oil really boring book warm milk or camanile tea.

That's when mine usually come too, a little before waking but as others have said staying up and fatigue is a big trigger, good luck I know how you feel they come at the worst times.

I did sleep, and when I woke up, I had NOT had a seizure :)

Thank you all. I know you understand the worry.
