So this morning while I was sleeping my hands, fingers, arms, toes, feet and legs were twitching a lot. Not how they do during a T/C, but it fel weird. Like I could feel it, but couldn't control it so I kept sleeping. My hands feel a bit stiff now and so do my legs. So is this some other sort of seizure or what? It was weird. :ponder:
 
If you are on meds, some meds do that upon waking up or just going to sleep.
 
So I was thinking, a neurologiat once told me I have myoclonic jerks. Could maybe that be what the twitching was? Weird for me to exerience it during sleep, but maybe its a possibility?
