Ok, so now for a real post, folks. I'm doing some research on epilepsy here on the website (it's amazing how much i've forgotten about the condition.) And i'm glad I found this site because everyone seems so amazing! I was going through things here and I discovered neurofeedback therapy. I could almost cry at the hope that I could control my emotional/learning problems. I don't expect to control my seizures forever, and quite frankly I'm too scared to try going off the meds. Anyway, to my question.
I am going to do some serious look-in-to about the whole neurofeedback thing. I'm just going through my insurance's website and I very much doubt they'll cover the cost, but does anyone know of any kind of programs or studies out there that will help fund something like neurofeedback? I'm not even close to being eligible for disability, but i would definately need financial help. If anyone can point me in some directions I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you thank you thank you!
