I don't have insurance and I need to get some, cheap, so I can have some better options.

I have no clue on which insurance companies would have better insurance for people with Epilepsy. I am on my husband's insurance through this work. Its ok, but we pay a crap load for it. I suggest just looking up insurance companies and contacting them in regards to their insurance packages and prices they have to offer.

I can tell you that years ago, I tried to buy and individual policy and they considered anything to do with seizures to be a pre-existing condition and so they wouldn't cover anything related.

The only way I am able to get epilepsy stuff covered is via insurance through a job. If they hire me as an employee then my epilepsy stuff is covered.

So, if you are looking at buying an individual policy on your own, be sure and research whether the seizure related costs are covered.

As for me, UHC has been good, but again thats through my work.
