I have never had any issues with acne on dilantin, keppra, or lamictal. My weight has been going up considerably since I have been on Lamictal, but I think most of that is due to changes in my life the past couple of years.
A lot of what you described sounds like it 'could' also be linked to stress. Quite possibly at least being made worse by the stress of all the med changes. Take care of yourself and vent here if you need to.
