sometimes When i am sitting i will get like a falling feeling side to side and a hot tingly flash from head to toe and then a tingly feeling on head. why

i have had MRIs
blood work all is fine.

It could be an aura that you are experiencing which if you don't have a seizure that follows these feelings that is not out of the norm. I have the hot tingly feeling every once in a while myself. Sometimes that is what happens for me right before a seizure and there are more times I am just lucky enough to have the aura and no convulsions that follow. ;) I have the deja vu aura as well sometimes where I feel like I have been in the situation or scenario around me when I come out of the aura (I am conscious the whole time it is just that my mind is completely preoccupied for that time). The biggest thing to know is that these are normal feelings for people with epilepsy. You can find a lot of descriptions of different auras on this site or there is also a good list at epilepsytalk.com I hope this helps.

i havent had a seizure since 1998 when i was 18 just had 2

these feelings i have have been for 2 years no seizure ever follows
maybe migraine aura

Are you still on meds for seizures? I have gone through different times of my epilepsy history with no seizures for 5 years and another time of 6 years being my longest but I still had auras in between. If you have just started having the feelings in the last few years, have you talked to either your neurologist if you are still on meds or at least your general physician about the timing of when these started?

In epilepsy, the auras ARE seizures, the kind called Simple Partials. They don't feature convulsions or loss of consciousness, just strange sensations of one sort or another. They can take the form of tingling sensations, temperature changes, and dizziness, so that could be what's happening for you. A lot of the symptoms do overlap with migraines though, and it can be hard to tell the two apart. If they start happening a lot, or escalating in any way, you might want to mention them to your doctor.
