What going to do about anyrism

Nothing, just try not to think about it. I was supposed to see a neurosurgeon but I cancelled the appointment. I have private insurance but it still costs tons of money, even after the insurance company pays.

The American health system is not right..I hear time and time about treatment or lack of it unless the money.spose I lucky NHS although at moment not to good can't get nurologist. From little I understand proberly many people have anyrism and if you know you got it best not to think of it

The brain can heal it self?i don't understand the fatty deposits doc talking about neither did he said need see neuro but no nuro doc this going be problematic.
I got plateful of coconut ad litre of coconut water I trying not heave up you said this is good for brain
Yes. It's called neuroregeneration and it does happen. (I'm not saying it always does for everybody.)

Coconut products are very healthful in my opinion but I never said they were magical or necessary for having a healthy brain. If you don't like the taste, that's up to you.

If you are not fond of the coconut taste but would still like to add some to your diet, you could try cooking with coconut oil instead of butter. You can also mix that coconut water with juice. You could put some coconut cream in your coffee. You could make cookies with shredded coconut.
Lots of ways to mix it in with whatever foods you like.

When you let one of those lovely looking green things dry out and get a bit older, the outer husk comes off and you are left with the brown hairy thing which is in the core of it all along. Same plant.

They have a service here at the Post Office for the tourists called "Post-A-Nut" where you can send a coconut which they give you for free for the price of postage which is high to horrendous depending on where you are sending it. It makes good money for the post office and the tourists have fun with it. You get to write the address directly on the outside of the coconut with felt pens in pretty colors. They don't put it in a box or anything, they just send it as is.

I bought some coconut water with chocolate ain't trying that again I plug away at coconut water neat...is there coconut milk you can drink is it same thing.i must admit after week of drinking it I do feel not so bad

The stuff with chocolate in it also probably had some kind of sweetener. It could have been a fake one and those taste nasty to me.

Real coconut water is sweet enough all by itself.

Coconut milk and coconut cream are both great. The only difference between them is the amount of water.
You can drink it or put it in your coffee or anywhere in cooking where you want a little creaminess like making cream of <whatever veg> soup or making a stew a little thicker.

One caution about coconut milk/cream is that they have a fair amount of coconut oil in them which, if you are not used to it, can cause diarrhea so it would not be a good idea to chug down a whole can of it. Coconut water doesn't have that problem because it doesn't have the high oil content.

Anytime you are buying any coconut product it is important to check the label. It should have ONE ingredient, coconut.

Seagull, I mix equal parts coconut oil, raw honey and a little more than equal part of lemon juice. I tastes good, you get your coconut oil and it's also good for a sore throat.

I also do oil pulling for cleaning my teeth, it's very good for the gums.
