Yipee! Paige and I completed the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon. We had such a great time - no stress, no seizures (well, one morning she had a few myoclonics) and a lot of memories! Two nights prior to the run, we started to go to bed early - 7:30 pm! The night of the race we went to bed at 6:30 pm - we had to be on the bus by 4:30am! What an early morning - but we did it! It was a hot day for running and I did not get a personal best time ... I was just glad to finish. For Paige's birthday in February I talked my husband into letting Paige get an I-phone. I was soooo happy to have immediate access to her while she was running. She would text me every time she ran another mile - I was happy to know where she was since she runs quite a but faster than me. I am excited to make this our mother-daughter tradition... at least for a few years. Not sure how long this old lady will be able to keep up the ling distances!

That's great news Chop, glad you & Paige both had a great day :)

Congratulations! That's fantastic!
