We're under a no travel advisory starting about the time I leave work. I do about 12 miles on the highway. I may take the back roads. Charging up the dash cam to catch the insanity and the phone ICE. I feel real bad for those north of me.

I'm so jealous Belinda!I would LOVE 70!

We are under a severe Storm warning here until tomarrow pm. We are expecting the snow to start in around an hour. Its suppose to be lighter than usual (ours is usual really heavy snow in these parts). Lots of blowing though. Low temps. Fun times.

I walked to the store at 6:45 am today to get groceries as I was suppose to go Friday but my daughter had her accident. Thought I better get some or I was going to survive on eggs and cheese during the storm. lol

GET YOUR EGGS, BREAD, AND MILK, PENNY!

My wife works in a grocery store. It has been a crazy week with the game and more snow on the way.

And it's snowing and freezing here, too. But we're used to it.

That is what I have been watching, Cint. We are expecting 4-6 in St Louis, but nothing in the city yet. I've got to get home to the county. St Louis has a tendency to miss a lot of weather or at least hold out longer. There is actually a bubble of no snow around the city but it is coming down hard everywhere else. I'm planning my escape. :P

Were expecting 8-10 inches here! Arn't we lucky! :(

Penny, once again, we're getting the same system. The truck drivers are saying the roads are terrible and its coming down quick. MODOT is usually pretty good at scraping the road, but their falling behind today. I'm staying inside tonight and getting the truck out tomorrow!

It sure is falling quickly. I havn't been out since noon and that was just a walk across the field to the center here. So it was through crunchy snow ice combo that you didn't slide on. Wont step foot in it again though. My daughter, the one that got in the accident this weekend has to go back to work tomarrow. She's opening manager so has to be there at 4:30 am. Life in Western Il is soooo much fun!

Calling for 3 to 6 inches here in PA, snow plus ice. Going to be fun again if it's a lot of ice. Fell on my butt a few weeks ago and my tail bone killed me, finally feels better now.

I live in SW Montana. When I left the house this morning it was -20 (without windchill). Anchorage, Alaska is warmer that we are by +/- 20 degrees!

Been cold here in Dallas, I have the heater cranked. They are calling for mid teens tonight. Slight chance of snow tomorrow and it sure is pretty to look at. I wouldn't mind because it would melt by Saturday. Stay warm everyone!

Been really cold here today but the snow has given the ice a nice topping so that even though the plows have been over it, its not icy on the roads. So my friend and I walked to Casey's (on the road) and got capachinos , then back home. Who knows how but I lost a glove on the way back. lol It was nice to get out though. Nobody else was though! Everything in town was basicly shut down but Caseys and McDonalds.

Here in the UK its still about 6-7 C, which would be great if it wasn't for the storms! Its been training and windy like crazy and loads of towns are flooded. Even so, I'll still take that over snow. Don't know how you guys are coping, I'd expire on the spot if I was that cold!

it was bad enough there is allegedly a youtube vid of some chick skating down the roads near my house. the first night of the snow.

Today, the temp was -30 without windchill. I want to move back home to South Texas!

snowed today, and we had a flat tire while moving furniture

Oh COurt, how terrible! Did you end up getting it moved ok eventually? This weather has just been nuts everywhere! :(

We had snow yesterday. The smallest flakes I've ever seen, and we had about 1/2 inch accumulation. My oldest said his bus hit a few slick spots. School closed today. I'm guessing the west side of the city got more than we did. I hear folks on the main road driving just fine.

I'm tired of snow days!!
