I try not to think about things that i know will stress me out because thats one of the main triggers for a seizure. I keep active and stay away from drinks that have too much acid, drink loads of water,I try not to drink any thing alchoholic before i sleep and when my hands start to shake I sit in a dark room and cut off all the lights in the house and sometimes if the tremors get really bad I will smoke a spliff that usually works for me .My opinion in regards to the medication is that it might be good for you 25% of the time but if you want to live a normal life you just have to stay away from it and that is what i intend to do.

was the itchy skin the only reaction from keppra? I ask this because I went to an appointment to see my neurologist in 2007 and even though I only spoke to him for two minutes he prescribed keppra for me to take and wouldn't allow me to ask any questions about the side effects
