I just washed a Kleenex and it's all over my clothes. It was a pretty big load too.

I only put some of them in the dryer and the rest hang up to dry. I've done this so many times and end up using a lint roller to get it off but it doesn't really work.

Does anyone know and easy way to get it off?

I was taught to use electricians (or packing) tape by wrapping it loosely around your hand with the sticky side facing out then just running your hand on the clothing letting the tape turn around your hand & pick up the lint like stuff.

Thanks. I'll have to look around and see if I have any here.

Lol my wife does this to her clothes all the time...I think it's funny lol

Yea doing ok COurt. I just need to remember to check the pockets before I wash, which I always forget to do.

Why don't you wash the clothes and see how funny it is when you do it MrE!

The worst part about it is I washed it with the colored clothes, so that makes it 10 times worse!!!!

Go ahead and laugh some more MrE!!!!!

Not going to laugh because you tell me but yeah it's funny because my wife is a ditz (she says so herself) meaning she's always doing silly things like that...I'm done reminding her about things...she doesn't listen to me lol

and I wash my own clothes thank you very much...I'm not some stereotypical lay on my ass all day loser lol

I take care of my own business because I'm very picky and like things a certain way (my ocd drives my wife nuts but her messiness gives me more of a reason to be obsessive lol)

I also cook and clean so recognize!!! Lol (yes my wife is the "husband" and I'm the "wife"...don't believe me? Just ask her yourself :D)

My son used to put crayons in his pockets when he was little.
Talk about a mess when they went through the dryer. I finally banned crayons from the house.

So did my son. But I didn't ban crayons from the house when I felt it was was my responsibility to check pockets when doing laundry. That isn't fair to the child, IMO. That is why I always check pockets when doing laundry to this day. I thought everyone checks pockets when doing laundry, regardless.

My brain doesn't work well enough to do that.

This morning I went to the grocery store. When they bag my groceries they put them in another cart they have waiting and they use my basket for the next order, I walked out of the store with the empty basket. They had to come out and run me down to give me my groceries.

You mean your brain wasn't working well when your son was young? Neither was mine. I had already had my left temporal lobectomy by the time my son was 5 years of age. So my memory was messed up by then, too. I've forgotten quite a few things, but I wasn't going to take it out on my son just because I couldn't remember. I'm just sayin'........

No even when I was young it didn't work as well as it should, probably from extreme stress and lack of sleep.

When I used to volunteer at a charity shop we used to get some donations with cat fur dog fur on it. Once we got a couch in, it was in good condition apart from the animal hair. Either the manager or truck driver suggested that we get some masking tape & roll it around our hands so the sticky side was facing up & go over the couch with that. It took a little bit of time but worked well, better then a link roller would.

We sound like we're long lost twins! I'm practically the exact same way.

My husband and your wife may even come from the same family too. He does a good bit of the things she does.

Definitely packaging tape: those rollers don't do much at all. But now that I'm an expert on moving, I know that today's packaging tape isn't nearly as sticky as it should be. There is packaging tape that kinda looks as though it has pieces of string running along it. That's the stickiest, so that'll work better for the kleenex. https://www.google.co.za/search?hl=...-375-scotch-carton-box-sealing-tape;1000;1000

Pet brush might help too...for removing hair
