Just a quickie guys. I am working hard to get my book typed up and ready to be published, and I wondered if anybody on here had tried the Ketogenic Diet, and would be happy to share their experiences with me? I can either name you in the book or keep you anon.
Also, do all you guys who shared your experiences of their auras with me a while back now remember? Thanks again, you are all included in the book, and I promise I've not forgotten about the book, I am getting there slowly but surely, adding to it every day.
I also would love to hear from anyone who has tried an "alternative therapy" to help their epilepsy, i.e Aromatherapy, Yoga, The Alexander Technique etc? If you'd like to tell me all about it for the book?
Thanks very much guys. I hope you are all ok? As I approach the tender age of Fifty on what I call "Star Wars Day" May the 4th be with you, I'm now having Atonic Seizures, I've found myself in a heap in all sorts of places lately, and for some reason, I keep collapsing at the checkout in my local supermarket??!! Maybe they think I'm trying to get out without paying??!! Ha ha ha ha!!:roflmao: I'm still laughing, despite the mess I'm in right now. What else can we do huh? Thanks in advance for your help and support! Love Lainey XXXX

Hi Elaine: What is it about the Supermarket? I had three seizures there. I used to be able to tell I had them after the fact, because I have no aura, and I would explain. Most look at me perplexed anyway. Now I sometimes have them without realizing. Laughter is the best medicine! Take care, Mary1
