I lost bladder control a few times, very early on when I started having seizures. I was hospitalized for possible status partial seizures but shortly after admission had one TC in the hospital that led to me being put into adult diapers which was SO humiliating. Two complex partials not long later with loss of control, then finally IV dilantin was started. A couple of times I wet the bed at home as well after I was released. For about 6 months after I was so paranoid about bed wetting that I slept with strategically placed towels wrapped in garbage bags underneath the mattress cover! I was so embarrassed about it that it took me the longest time to tell my new neurologist.
 
It is hard to deal with mentally, I hate realising I wet the bed with my wife next to me.
