Lately I've been having Lucid & Vivid Dreams. They usually come after a long stressing day.
Often when people are talking or a television on, my dreams are affected. My dreams could
be something mundane like a day out fishing, to something like a frightening robbery shootout.
I understand that the environment I sleep in affects my sleep. As does a stressful day. But is it possible that training my brain on the "Lumosity" site has been bringing on more Lucid & Vivid Dreams? I've been using the "Lumosity" site for over four months. During that time I've noticed a change in my sleep patterns. Could it be a sign of my brain "learning", or
"remembering"? Could this be a sign of nocturnal seizures?
The last time I was having Lucid & Vivid Dreams was when I was taking Lyrica. But during those dreams I dreamed I was having seizure (while out of body), and woke up shaking. Those episodes went away when I was off Lyrica.
I would ask my neurologist, but he has been like Jekyll & Hyde. It's hard to get a good answer.
