They sell generics via mail order. I'm not sure from where they are currently sourcing their meds, but they are building their own manufacturing plant in Dallas, Texas to eventually make all their meds in house:

Hi Bernard,

Thanks for sharing this page they have some great deals on seizure meds but they don't have the Vimpat that I take and
that's most expensive over $2 grand for 90 days worth of med. I'm glad I cut back on the amount I take.
