I've been on it since Dec. At first I had complete seizure control, but the "honey moon" was over after 5 weeks. I had a lot of trouble with drowsiness and took a long tome to get to full dose. I used caffeine to counter act that but that is also counter intuitive. I'm still not controlled and will probably wean off it soon (It's my third failed med). I'm trying hormonal therapy while I wait to decide if I'll have surgery.
I had a lot less side effects with it than Depekote or Keppra so it it works for you than great. Good Luck.
