I am THINKING of trying a liquid form of folic acid, since I have siezures whenever I'm tryed taking it in a pill form.

In the past I had the same reactions to B6 in pill form, however when I take B6 in the liquid form (B-12 complex) I don't have this problem.

I wanted to see if anyone has any success with the liquid form of foic acid.

I was looking for something totally unrelated on a science site when I came across this study on folic acid, thiamine, vitamin D and vitamin E

The studies reviewed investigated the use of folic acid, thiamine, vitamin D and vitamin E and were of poor methodological quality. There is no conclusive evidence that vitamins improve seizure control or prevent side effects for people with epilepsy. Further studies are needed.
