I haven't been able to wash my hair in 6 days now. I feel disgusting lol. Thank you for listening lol.

There is little worse than those holters. I managed to wash my ends, which made me feel a bit better. A hat took care of the rest but there is no cure for the itchiness.

The itchiness from the electrodes is a real pain in the arse.
I hated not being able to wash my hair & I didn't really like the sponge bath. My Mum had to help wash my back, she didn't mind since she's my Mum bit I was still embarrassed lmao.

I thought the best part of my VEEG finishing was being able to have a proper shower & being able to wash the glue gunk out of my hair (took a couple of days for the glue to come out completely lol).

My head was wrapped up tight in gauze so not only did my head itch like crazy, it was hot and the piece that went under my chin was driving me crazy! On day four the tech came in and unwrapped my head for about 20 minutes just to let air in. That felt soooo great! Of course she had to put on a new wrapping, but it helped to make it a little more tolerable. Be careful when you do get to take a shower after the leads come off. Since I hadn't been allowed to be up much, except to go to the bathroom, I ended up fainting in the shower. Just take it easy. You are NOT going to get all of that crap out of your hair during that first shower. It will take days. Big (((HUGS)))

When you break out of jail the hospital, consider treating yourself at a hair salon for a professional shampoo (after a home shower first of course). Let someone else run their fingers through your hair/scalp to get all that glue stuff out...

Thanks for the tips guys, I already feel very dizzy and weak but its probably a combination of a) Laying down for 6 days straight, b) I have a cold and c) no meds.

My hair says hi, it has its own personality now...it could have animals in it, I'm not sure...
