My Psych dr canceled my appointment today!

So today was my day I got to have my 1/2 days message package! Boy did it feel good! Thats just what I needed! I was there for 3.5 hours!

Then... I get a message from my husband on my cell saying the pysch office called and they want to reschedule my drs appointment I had today at 3:30.
I call them and they tell me the psych I was going to see, cant make it today.

So they have to reschedule me. I tell them Im available monday and tuesday, Any other days I have the kids with me and I cant be taking kids to this appoinment.

Guess when she can see me next?

AFTER I SEE MY NEUROLOGIST, MAY 25TH

But there was nothing more they can do about it. What gets me is that they called me friday to remind me of the appointment and said If I canceled it less than 24 hours before the appoinment, they would charge me.

But then here they are calling me 5 1/2 hours before my appointment canceling it! Boy do I wish I can turn around and bill them for canceling it! LOL

So, my neuro dr better not get mad at me. This is not my fault. He was so determined to get me into a psych ASAP. Oh and I called my Primacy care dr;s office and asked them if they could fax my neuro dr the appointment results from friday. I want him to see for himself what the test results were and that I didnt have an infection.

Other than that, my day went pretty good.

You could call the office back and ask them to call you if you get any cancellations before the next scheduled appointment if you want to try to get in sooner.

Yeah I told that to the receptionist before I got off the phone with her. She said if anytihng came up, she would call, but looking at her appointment booklet, she doesnt think much would change as of now.
