Hi, I am having hell with myoclonc jerks. They happen at moments during the day when I am at rest, but are at there worst at night when I am trying to sleep. My body will jolt at the moment I nod off. I have suffered for several years but no doctor can help me. Does anybody else have a similar problem? PS I am new to the site and would like to say a big hello

It seems to happen to me when i am trying to hold something that is full and trying not to spill it. And so; there goes my full to the brim coffee, etc

or I am trying to pee and I really have to pee and dont want to make a mess.

When I have to pee... I usually just go ahead and pee.

Why are you holding it?
