I have only 3 suggestions for a headache:

hmmmm, well the excedrin worked except i kept feeling like i was falling when i close my eyes and this morning my face still has numbness .... Im not sure if it E related or not,,, My two dogs when the headache started jumped in the bed with me and didnt go away until it was gone. i think my dogs can tell when somthings wrong with me.. it was comforting that they stayed with me.... lol yeah next time iill jusssssssssst have my husband knock me out with some tennis balls..:pfft:

I highly suggest the magnesium. It isn't a quick fix, but a daily supplement.

I hope you feel better Angel. I certainly understand, as I had them like that for 30 yrs. The only time I didn't was when I was pregnant. I don't think that would be a good remedy as I would have to live in a shoe by now.

Robin did your face go numb just on one side? im going to talk to my neuroligst about it maybe its from lowering my meds.... I dont usally get headaches like that.... the numbness in my face ive been having off and on since my ms.. which stopped three days ago...

No Angel, I can't say I get "numbness", but I can say that my headaches do begin on the left side of my head. Mostly behind my left eye.
I would call it more of a "tightness".

I never get cravings, in fact most of the time I would have nausea, and would start feeling better after getting sick. This usually would keep me down for 2-3 days. When I am really careful about my supplements (mainly magnesium) I don't tend to get headaches anymore. If I do they are managable, and don't put me in a fetal position anymore. However, the one exception is with alchohol. So this I typically do without. I need to listen to my inner voice more.

Angel, my son usually gets a pretty bad headache after a seizure and frequently wakes up with one, ibuprofen usually does the trick.

After a sz I would take a ativan and sleep .The ativan would also help get rid of the headache.

Talk to your nuero !!!!!!!!!!!

I think animals do sense when their owners aren't well.

My dad has chronic fatigue syndrom and if he overdoes it he can end up in bed the next day. My Dads dog Lilly (a 4 yr old kelpie/choc lab) will stay with Dad if he is sick in bed.

There have been times when my parents have gone away so I have gone out to their place to look after their house and pets. If I go to have a shower Lilly will follow me in the bathroom and sit by the shower until I get out.

My parents believe Lily senses that my Dad & I aren't well and is looking out for us.

I walk daily and last week I had absences szs ,forgot my homeopathy, and the dog came running out of his house barking at me in a nice way. When I got home I told my hubby
who told me I was having absneces and I forgot my homeopathy med. The next day I told his owner who was so proud of his dog for senseing I wasn't 100%. He reminded me to take my homeopathy meds. LOL, now I made a chart to remind me.

DOGS AND CATS ARE GREAT !!!!!!!!!!

I quite often get a headache after I have a small seizure, sometimes the headaches are only mild and othertimes they are bad headaches and I go lay down. I usualy just take a panadol (pain killer) which I try to only take if the headache is bad.

When I take a grandmal seizure I get a really bad headache and am also sick.
