So, I began neurofeedback last week and loved it. I'm now going 2x per week for the first few months and then 1x afterwards. The system is really helping me to relax and go with the flow (I tend to get anxious). Yet, through this process, I'm feeling better than ever.

My OMG moment did not come during my neuro. sessions, but with my epileptologist. I had an appointment to discuss what was going on, how I wanted to turn over to monotherapy and all that I was doing to prevent seizures (meditation, yoga, prayer, vitamin therapy, and neurofeedback). She stopped me in my tracks, told me how proud she was, and that she would like all feedback reports as she believe in the process wholly as a way to assist with maintaining a seizure free life. Even my hubby was surprised!

Yes, friends, they're out there---we just have to find them! It took me 20 years, but the wait was well worth it!:woot:

I am doing the Happy Dance for you!!

That is just awesome. We should do a shout out for that Epileptologist. Little by little it is going to be spreading the news that NFB is the way to begin the journey... not a way to end it.

Really great news. Keep journaling.
We need to get you into the History Books.

It feels like...

If feels like a life changer. I have always heard about humbling events happening to others that change their life. I'm thrilled that I've had the opportunity to experience one---no matter how difficult it's been!

That is wonderful news to hear!

Neurofeedback is one of the most
positive influence that DOES work!
