I had a neurologist appointment today in Buffalo. Well the dr was a peach. He told me that I was having "too many" seizures for them to be epileptic seizures so they had to be something else. He says that I am having "spells", but they are non-epileptic. What is that all about? That is so irritating. I am not sure what to do. :dontknow: :horse:

Good question.

I would wonder why how many seizures you have determines whether or not they're epileptic.

Time for a second opinion, preferably with an epileptologist. Your neurologist is either clueless, a very bad communicator, or both. What he said makes no sense.

Ditto what Nakamova said.

Go to a regional epilepsy center, if you can. You need a good epi.
