Hi Folks,

I hope all is going well with everyone, but I wanted all of you to know if you are taking Neurontin
word came out today that the drug is causing dementia so please stay alert and take note if
you are more forgetful.

I know the drug messed me up good causing me to have absence status seizures where I would
be out of it 30 min. to 2 hrs. and I would have to go to the ER and get seizure med injected into me
to come out of the seizure.

Sorry I couldn't give you better news, but I wanted you to be alert. I wish you only the best
and May God Bless You,

Sue

I took Neurontin for a while--in combination with Dilantin. It was before I was given Keppra.
