Is it OK for someone with E to wear a nigtguard? My dentist suggests I get one to prevent me from grinding my teeth at night. I plan on calling my neuro for advice. Anyone here wear one?

I Dont know medically if its ok but i where one at night to stop my chewing my mouth to bits while Ive slept ... I had to mention to the person that makes it that o have seizures so he made it a really snug fit and Ive have seizures while wearing mine Xx
