I’ve been blaming Trader Joe’s turkey products. Which are tasty. But I’ve had diarrhea the next day more than once. My nocturnal seizures are relatively mild now. If my wife doesn’t happen to notice. I can have no idea. I was not myself today, and had diarrhea. Thankfully no “incidents” when asleep. 🤞
There’s a lot of information on GI issues and seizures out there.
Guess I’m just trying to keep track of everything.

Diarrhea could be evidence of food poisoning so maybe the turkey products you are consuming were mishandled at some point and the wrong kind of bacteria grew. Were these deli meat products or something that you cooked? If the latter, did you cook them thoroughly? Undercooking could also be contributing to that problem.

Thanks Bernard,
We’ve tried most of their products. My wife is very conscious about her diet and reading labels. Thankfully forcing me to eat better.

Hi Heavy Kevy,

I got a email a couple of days ago stating that there was something in the turkey at Trader Joe's that was making
people sick and that they should throw it out. You may want to call the store and see if this is true. I hope you
are feeling better. Wishing you only the best and May God Bless You,

Sue

Just did a search:
The Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is warning the public about a certain Trader Joe's ready-to-eat turkey wrap product due to concerns that it may be contaminated with bacteria.

The Trader Joe’s Turkey Gobbler Wrap in 10-ounce clear plastic clamshell packages was produced on Sept. 10 and shipped to Trader Joe’s retail locations nationwide.

The product has a "best by" date of Sept. 16. The agency said there is no recall in effect because the product is no longer available for purchase. Instead, the agency is issuing a "public health alert." FSIS issues these alerts to warn the public about potential risks linked to meat, poultry and egg products when no recall is in effect but a health concern remains.

The company notified FSIS that food contact surface samples associated with this product tested positive for listeria monocytogenes, which prompted the health alert.

One of my major triggers is to much sodium. I had to give up Chinese food and some good fried chicken places. I think it is more of a reaction to the medication. I am taking carbamazipine er are vimpat xr. They both lower your heart rate and effect your blood pressure to work. So even to much beer can be a issue with them. And salt effects your blood rate and pressure visibly. So msg is a harsh mistress for me
