I’ve been blaming Trader Joe’s turkey products. Which are tasty. But I’ve had diarrhea the next day more than once. My nocturnal seizures are relatively mild now. If my wife doesn’t happen to notice. I can have no idea. I was not myself today, and had diarrhea. Thankfully no “incidents” when asleep. 🤞
There’s a lot of information on GI issues and seizures out there.
Guess I’m just trying to keep track of everything.

Diarrhea could be evidence of food poisoning so maybe the turkey products you are consuming were mishandled at some point and the wrong kind of bacteria grew. Were these deli meat products or something that you cooked? If the latter, did you cook them thoroughly? Undercooking could also be contributing to that problem.

Thanks Bernard,
We’ve tried most of their products. My wife is very conscious about her diet and reading labels. Thankfully forcing me to eat better.
