Not doing any better . the meds are not working. i guess I have to call again to see whats next.

Yes, I hope you get some help soon. It's criminal that you are suffering so.

Called but did not get a call back yet. Besides the shaking I have a severe headache and my blood pressure is 133 over 97 even on blood pressure meds.

Thanks nakamova

Told the doctor once again that the meds are not working. She is now going to send me to another neuro. dont know when yet. Still feeling like crap.

This really frustrates me!! Regardless of the cause of your symptoms, you still deserve thorough medical care. You're not crazy. I've felt like that for years. I've got EEG's showing abnormalities but on my off days I still feel down and second guess myself. We all feel like this at times. Stay strong and push for a Neuro or Epileptologist appointment. Keep pushing them! See a psychologist to rule out any psychosomatic origin. If this is a contributing factor it's certainly nothing to be ashamed of and it's beyond you're control. It doesn't mean you're pretending or crazy, it can just be your body's way of telling you something's not right. I saw a psych to rule this out for my own peace of mind but also so the docs would see I was prepared to rule out all other possibilities. It makes it hard for them to dismiss you. Keep us posted and don't doubt yourself! x

I have seen a psycholist. She didn't help at all.Was givin another med lorazepam. it helped to mask the some of the shakiness yesterday by putting me to sleep. It doesn't seem to be working at all today.

Hi Horsehead,

When I have bad times, I always try to think positive. I always meet challenges head on.

I am sorry that you feel so rotten. Get the idea of being "crazy" out of your head. You are not crazy.

If the Zanax is working, then think positive about it. You have made a step forward.

I am doing better, not sure if the meds finally started to work or I just got better. either way i'm glad.

You're doing better! That is amazing!!!!!!!!! Don't question it! Take it as a gift and keep on going the way you have been doing things. Perhaps this is the fork in your road and things will continue to get better! I certainly hope this isn't temporary. Goodness knows you've been through quite enough lately!

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. That's great! It may have taken a while for your body to adjust to the medication.

I am so glad that you are doing better. You must be doing something right. Keep up what you are doing.

Keep us updated.
