Thursday and Friday aren't as accurate as they could be. Nightfighter didn't feel like re-hashing his days then, so I have to record what little I remember from conversations with him, and what I saw (not much, except the sleep stuff)

lamotrigine 300
effexor 150
taken 10 am
Slept all day. When he was awake he had episodes of blurry vision and crossed-eyes and perception changes (objects too small). Evening was okay when I came home. I didn't notice anything. His movements and experiences are changing at night as well. He's been having nightmares again, which worries me, because when he started the lamotrigine they stopped entirely. Now he's gettingt hem again, and they're violent, but a different violent. They used to be all about the Viet Nam war, now it's about people trying to kill him, but for bizarre reasons (like because only has a blue pen but no red pen). Are these a return to his original nightmares, which means the lamotrigine isn't working for some reason, or are these dreams because of the lamotrigine.
This night he would moan, rub his feet together, especially his big toe against the second toe of his foot, and so hard it's noisy. He curled his toes, then straightens his legs into a ski jump then rhythmically jerked his arms/shoulders. This went on for a while.

lamotrigine 300
effexor 150
taken 9:30 am
Same as yesterday -- slept all day,and when he did wake up, he had episodes of blurred vision or crossed eyes and perception changes (both objects too big, his body too big). Also, he;s been getting the neck thing a lot lately. I noticed it in the evening when I came home.
Otherwise, he seemed okay in the evening.
At night he woke me three times with yelling obscenities. He would yell, then bicycle with his legs in a hard stomp and move his arms and then wake up himself. He didn't know he had been yelling.

lamotrigine 300
effexor 150
taken 10:30 am
Woke up with nausea, dizziness, perception changes (he was big, objects were normal. He can find humour in it now). Lots of losing balance out of the blue, also crossed eyes.
One thing to say about lamotrigine is that it has leveled out his moods again. It's not that he doesn't get moods, it's just that they aren't as sticky. They come and go. Anyway, today we went to the farmer's market, and he was so delighted, like a little kid. He hasn't gotten out much lately, so changes are nice. After about two-hours he was in pain from his back, but otherwise seemed fine. I didn't see much beyond a few stares during the day, which is a given. It was nice.
Evening seemed okay. Falling alseep he bicycled with one legs (the right) then about 5 minutes later bicycled both legs and flailed his arms and hit the wall again. He fell alseep and I saw his face grimace and twitch (it's weird, because he twitches individual muscles sometimes). He got up from 2-6 because of nightmares.
