wow, sustained tonic clonic seizures are really scary; some people die that way. And i am really foggy, brain is coming back slowly. Anyone else have this?

Thanks all, I am on the mend. I am nervous about the amount of meds I now take. 6 in the morning and 3 in the evening. My poor liver must be toxic now. But I think if it means being able to live today, it is worth it. I think about this web group during the day and actually miss you guys. Is that pathetic ?? You all are awesome! I love, love, love it here.

Not pathetic in my mind. I'm a very social person, my husband is not...and there aren't a lot of opportunities around here for me to be social. I used to be VERY social in the "birth world" hanging out with other doulas and childbirth educators...but not being allowed to drive puts a damper on that. So, I'm social online.

The amount of meds would have me worried too, take care of yourself in every other way possible and hopefully the side effects won't be too horrible :(

I didn't have a sustained, but on the days I cluster I take a day or three to come back enough to feel human. On the days it's just a one off, it's not as bad. But these four fucked me for days. I'm really just now getting back to feeling like I'm thinking clearly. And my first action is going back to bed. I got up and finished making my daughter's lunch....kissed the kids good bye for the day and came back to bed with the intention to grab a nap. Sleep also gets totally screwed up. I slept almost all day Thursday, and then very late on Friday as well. Couldn't go to sleep at a normal time on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or last night. 2 or 3 am when the alarm goes off at 6 isn't enough, so I'm gonna try to go back to bed now!
