This may be nothing (and I may ask too many questions) but as I've been taking my keppra generic lately, I seem to notice light pain on my left side down low, just below my rib cage.

Could this be med related are just nothing?? Anyone ever heard of something like this?

Thanks

Sounds like a kidney infection or kidney stones. I'd get yourself to a doc for a pee test to be sure. If its kidney stones your in for a long road of pain as there isn't much they can do if they are small. You just let them rn their course

Could it be a muscle strain? Sometimes during a seizure i pull a muscle, and it could easily be done through exercise or something as well. That tends to feel more like a "pulling" pain though whenever i move my arms or midriff.

The pain is more likely to be kidney-related if it's in your back. If it's on the front it may be something else. Keep track if it comes and goes, is getting better worse, or is worse at particular times of day, or after particular activities. Some of the meds have side effects of joint pain, but it sounds like this is a little different.

Yes I was sore for a long time after the seizure. My mid and lower back are still slightly sore. But this pain is more in front.

I don't know if its just soreness or something related to the med. I seem to notice it in front after i take my meds. Like a light burning feeling. It may be nothing, but I wanted to see if it was in my head or if anyone else had heard of this.
