Hey, just a quick question, ibelieve I clench my fists real tight when I seize had some bad ones few days back ever since when use my hands or bend my fingers its so painful feels like mild arthritis Also my knee joints burn too its weird as there is no visible injury just wondering how pain, injury can be caused like this

The pain is probably inflammation from the over-stretching or over-contracting of the ligaments around the joints. I've dislocated my shoulder during seizures and had it pop back into place -- there's no visible injury, but boy does it hurt like hell. (I've also had it pop out and stay out. Also painful.)

I've strained a couple neck muscles during an episode. Anti-inflammatories(Aspirin or Advil) and lots of water seem to have me feeling better.

I gave in and took a few ibuprofen so I could sleep, but don't like painkillers mainly because I used too be addicted too anti inflammatory ibuprofen

So sorry Masiy. I did not know that. Have you talked with a herbalist to see if you can use an alternative to ibu?

Nah, dont even know what one is to be honest -.- lol, just deal with pain mostly now im used too it ;], my theory now is i say in my head it doesnt hurt and for the most part it goes away so i can sleep hurts like **** when i wake up but meh

Maybe try some cold and hot compresses, rotating between the two. This is a pretty good sports medicine treatment for swelling and inflammation. :)
